Resume and CV writing, by profession

There is no such thing as a good general resume. A document that screens well for a chief financial officer would be discarded for a nursing post, and an academic CV sent to a startup reads as somebody who has never worked. What each reader verifies first differs completely — and that is what decides whether your experience is ever read at all.

What you receive

The handover

Finished files

Production-ready output in the format your printer, platform or workshop actually needs — press PDF, editable source, CAD file, font binary or deck, as the work requires.

Editable sources

The working files, not just the export, so your team can change the work later without coming back to us.

Full rights

Copyright transfers to you on final payment. Nothing we make for you is resold or reused elsewhere.

Two revision rounds

Included in the quoted price. Corrections are logged against the draft rather than argued over on a call.

How it works

Five steps, and you approve the first three

01 · Brief

You tell us what the finished thing has to do, and send whatever material you already have.

02 · Scope & price

A written scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date, usually within one working day.

03 · Structure

You sign off the architecture before production starts, so nothing large is built on a wrong assumption.

04 · Production

Work arrives in stages as it finishes, not all at the end, with two revision rounds included.

05 · Handover

Files, sources and rights in your hands, and the invoice closed.

In detail

Why we do not write one document for everyone

Because the readers are not the same person. An executive search partner is looking for scale of accountability. An audit committee chair is looking for whether the controls held. A nursing recruiter is verifying a licence number. A research committee is counting first-author papers. A recruiter for a distributed team is asking whether you can write. Those are five different screens, and one document cannot pass all of them.

So each page here explains what its particular reader actually verifies, and what gets an application set aside before anyone reads the experience. That information is useful whether or not you commission anything — several of these pages will tell you the one thing to fix on your own document.

Every commission is priced as a fixed figure agreed in writing before work begins. An NDA is signed before you send us anything. Nothing carries our name, and the work transfers to you entirely on final payment.

29 pages, one for each kind of career document

A CFO résumé is screened on capital raised and audit outcomes. An academic CV lives or dies on the publication list. A nursing application is checked for registration before anything is read. These are genuinely different documents, so each has its own page explaining what that reader actually verifies.

Questions we are asked

Frequently asked

Which page applies to me?

Choose by what you do rather than by the document name. If you are unsure, send your current resume on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right one.

Is a resume different from a CV?

In most of the world a resume is one or two pages and a CV is the full academic or medical record. In India and much of Asia the words are used interchangeably, so we ask what the employer actually wants.

Do you write for any country?

Yes, and to that country’s conventions rather than a general template. Length, photograph and personal details differ materially between markets.

Can you guarantee interviews?

No, and nobody honest can. Interviews depend on the market, the role and your record. What we control is that the document represents you accurately and reaches a human being.

How is everything priced?

A fixed figure agreed in writing before work begins, quoted in US dollars or your local currency. Nothing is billed that was not agreed first.

Is my current employer at risk of finding out?

No. An NDA is signed before you send anything, nothing carries our name, and we do not publish client names anywhere.

Questions

Before you commission

How much does thesis to book conversion cost?

Prices are fixed in writing before work begins. Scope, language count and turnaround move the figure; volume across a programme brings it down. Send the brief and you have a number within a working day.

How long does it take?

Most single deliverables run three to fourteen weeks depending on length and complexity. Programmes are staged so early parts reach you while later parts are still in production. You get a date with the quote.

Who does the work?

A specialist from our thesis to book team, with an editor and a production person on the same project. Everyone is bound by the same confidentiality terms.

Do I own the result?

Yes. Full copyright transfer, editable sources and production-ready files on final payment. Nothing is resold or reused.

Can it be produced in other languages?

Yes — any of a hundred-plus languages, typeset in the same studio so layout and page numbers match across editions.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. Publishers, institutions and founders in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia and Japan. Work is delivered by email and shared drive and quoted in US dollars.
