CV conventions are local, and so are the systems that read them. These pages set out what each market expects before it expects anything of you: which boards and applicant tracking systems are actually in use, what a board or search firm treats as a credential, and whether a cover letter is read at all.
Production-ready output in the format your printer, platform or workshop actually needs — press PDF, editable source, CAD file, font binary or deck, as the work requires.
The working files, not just the export, so your team can change the work later without coming back to us.
Copyright transfers to you on final payment. Nothing we make for you is resold or reused elsewhere.
Included in the quoted price. Corrections are logged against the draft rather than argued over on a call.
You tell us what the finished thing has to do, and send whatever material you already have.
A written scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date, usually within one working day.
You sign off the architecture before production starts, so nothing large is built on a wrong assumption.
Work arrives in stages as it finishes, not all at the end, with two revision rounds included.
Files, sources and rights in your hands, and the invoice closed.
The same CV is not correct everywhere. A photograph is normal in the Gulf and disqualifying in the United States. One page is right in New York and reads as thin in Sydney. Personal details are routinely requested in Lagos and unlawful to ask for in Toronto. Naukri dominates in India, Seek in Australia, Bayt in the Gulf, JobStreet in Malaysia — and each formats and parses differently.
So rather than one page repeated with the city name swapped, each page here states what that market does: the boards and tracking systems in use, the governance credentials a board reads for, and whether a cover letter is read at all. Where we cannot say something true and specific about a market, we have not built the page.
One thing we will not claim anywhere: that a CV is guaranteed to pass an applicant tracking system. Those scores are private to the employer, and a service promising to beat a named system is selling something it cannot deliver. We optimise structure, terminology and relevance, and say so plainly.
Each page names the job boards and tracking systems that market actually uses, the governance context a board reads for, and whether a cover letter is expected there at all. Pick the market you are applying into.
Prices are fixed in writing before work begins. Scope, language count and turnaround move the figure; volume across a programme brings it down. Send the brief and you have a number within a working day.
Most single deliverables run three to fourteen weeks depending on length and complexity. Programmes are staged so early parts reach you while later parts are still in production. You get a date with the quote.
