Textbook writing services in Dubai

Dubai classrooms run several curricula at once. A school may teach the UAE Ministry of Education stream alongside a British or American one, with Arabic, Islamic Studies and Moral Education mandated across all of them. A textbook written for one framework does not transfer to another, so every chapter here is built against the specific standards document the school or publisher is inspected on.

What you receive

The handover

Finished files

Production-ready output in the format your printer, platform or workshop actually needs — press PDF, editable source, CAD file, font binary or deck, as the work requires.

Editable sources

The working files, not just the export, so your team can change the work later without coming back to us.

Full rights

Copyright transfers to you on final payment. Nothing we make for you is resold or reused elsewhere.

Two revision rounds

Included in the quoted price. Corrections are logged against the draft rather than argued over on a call.

How it works

Five steps, and you approve the first three

01 · Brief

You tell us what the finished thing has to do, and send whatever material you already have.

02 · Scope & price

A written scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date, usually within one working day.

03 · Structure

You sign off the architecture before production starts, so nothing large is built on a wrong assumption.

04 · Production

Work arrives in stages as it finishes, not all at the end, with two revision rounds included.

05 · Handover

Files, sources and rights in your hands, and the invoice closed.

Often commissioned together

In detail

Textbook writing services — how we produce it

Typical extent is 180 to 320 pages with 40 to 120 figures. A single title runs eight to fourteen weeks; a ten-title multi-grade programme runs six to nine months and is staged by grade block, so the first books are in your hands while later grades are still in draft.

Because writers, translators, designers, draughtspeople and typesetters sit in the same building in Chennai, this can be commissioned together with everything around it: translation into any of a hundred-plus languages, the figures and illustrations, the typesetting, the presentation and the production files. One schedule, one point of contact, one invoice.

Pricing is quoted in US dollars and fixed in writing before work starts. Fifty per cent is payable in advance and the balance on delivery, with long projects staged so neither side carries the whole risk. Two revision rounds are included, and copyright transfers to you in full on final payment, together with the editable source files.

What is different about a UAE commission

Written for the framework your school is actually inspected against

MOE, KHDA and ADEK frameworks

Dubai private schools answer to KHDA, Abu Dhabi to ADEK, and MOE-curriculum schools to the ministry document itself. Each inspection framework asks for different evidence in the material. We write to the one that governs your licence, not a generic version.

Arabic, Islamic Studies, Moral Education

These are compulsory across every curriculum in the Emirates, including British and American streams. We write them as designed subjects rather than translated appendices, with native Arabic writers on the Arabic-medium material.

Bilingual Arabic–English editions

Set as true parallel editions with matched pagination, so a teacher can run both in one classroom. Right-to-left typesetting, Arabic numerals where the syllabus specifies them, and fonts licensed for print.

Cultural and regulatory review

Content is checked against UAE publishing norms before it reaches your printer — historical framing, imagery, dietary and religious references, and the National Media Council requirements for schoolbooks.

British and American streams

Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, IB and US state-standard material, written by subject specialists who have worked to those specifications rather than adapted them from an Indian syllabus.

Scheduling and invoicing

Sunday-to-Thursday working week, Gulf Standard Time, quoted in AED or USD, invoiced with the TRN details your finance team needs for VAT recovery.

Most UAE commissions run twelve to twenty weeks for a full title, with the chapter architecture signed off in the first fortnight and chapters delivered in blocks as they clear review. Two revision rounds are in the price.

Questions

Before you commission

How much does textbook writing services cost?

Prices are fixed in writing before work begins. Scope, language count and turnaround move the figure; volume across a programme brings it down. Send the brief and you have a number within a working day.

How long does it take?

Most single deliverables run three to fourteen weeks depending on length and complexity. Programmes are staged so early parts reach you while later parts are still in production. You get a date with the quote.

Who does the work?

A specialist from our school & college course books team, with an editor and a production person on the same project. Everyone is bound by the same confidentiality terms.

Do I own the result?

Yes. Full copyright transfer, editable sources and production-ready files on final payment. Nothing is resold or reused.

Can it be produced in other languages?

Yes — any of a hundred-plus languages, typeset in the same studio so layout and page numbers match across editions.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. Publishers, institutions and founders in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia and Japan. Work is delivered by email and shared drive and quoted in US dollars.
