Reported, written, edited and checked before it publishes

A newsroom discipline applied to whatever you publish: sourcing and background research, the story written to length and to deadline, headlines that describe rather than mislead, then a separate editing and fact-checking pass. Breaking news and daily reporting, features and investigations, opinion and interviews, special reports and newsletters. Nineteen divisions, and a newsroom that works in a hundred-plus languages.

How it works

Five steps, and you approve the first three

01 · Brief

You send the brief. We read your material and agree what the finished thing has to do.

02 · Scope & price

A written scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date, usually within one working day.

03 · Structure

You sign off the architecture — contents, sheet list, screen list or family plan — before production starts.

04 · Production

Work arrives in stages as it finishes, not all at the end, with two revision rounds included.

05 · Handover

Production-ready files, editable sources and the rights, all in your hands.

What it costs

Published prices, before you ask

Prices are quoted in US dollars and fixed in writing before work starts. Scope, language count and turnaround move them; volume across a programme brings them down. Fifty per cent in advance, balance on delivery, two revision rounds included, and full copyright transferred to you on final payment.

Why clients stay

One agency instead of five freelancers

Fifteen years in production

An agency in its fifteenth year, working for publishers, institutions and founders in seven countries.

One team, one invoice

Writers, translators, designers and typesetters on the same project — nothing lost between suppliers.

A hundred-plus languages

Because translation and typesetting sit in the same building, a job can ship in several languages with matching layout.

You own everything

Full copyright transfer, editable sources and production files on final payment. Nothing resold.

Confidential by default

An NDA before anything is sent. Most of our work carries the client’s name, not ours.

Questions

What clients ask before signing

How quickly do I get a price?

Send the brief and you receive a written scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date, usually within one working day. The quote is fixed before work starts and nothing is billed that was not agreed first.

Will I see the work before I pay in full?

Yes. Fifty per cent is payable in advance and the balance on delivery. You approve the structure, then a sample section, before the bulk of the work begins, and long projects are staged so neither side carries the whole risk.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. Full copyright transfer, editable source files and press-ready or production-ready files are handed over on final payment. Nothing is resold or reused.

Is my material kept confidential?

An NDA is signed before anything is sent, and everyone on the project is bound by the same terms. Ghostwritten work carries no credit to us unless you ask for it.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds are included in the published price. Corrections are logged against the draft rather than argued over on a call. A change of scope is quoted separately.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes — publishers, institutions and founders in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia and Japan. Work is delivered by email and shared drive, quoted in US dollars and scheduled against your time zone.
