Most OCR firms will not put a number on a page until they have your file. Content Factory publishes the range up front, so you can budget before you talk to anyone. Every figure below is indicative; the firm price is fixed in writing after ten free sample pages and does not move after that.
Every figure below is an indicative sample rate. The firm price is fixed in writing after we have seen ten sample pages, and it does not move afterwards.
A clean 300 dpi scan and a fourth-generation photocopy are not the same job.
Printed Latin is the cheapest case. Regional scripts, Nastaliq and handwriting each cost more.
Plain prose is cheap. Tables, forms, equations and question numbering are rebuilt, not recognised.
Machine output alone, or every page read by a native reader, are different prices.

Fifteen languages are read natively in house, and a page is only signed off by someone who reads it. Where a script is outside that list we say so before you commit rather than returning machine output.
Because image quality, script, structure and the level of human verification each change the work. Ten sample pages turn the range into one number.
Yes. Ten pages, done to the same standard as the job, before any commitment.
Printed OCR is largely machine work with a human check. Handwriting on an unknown hand is largely human work. The price follows the labour.
Printed Indian language OCR is priced slightly above clean printed English because verification takes longer. Handwriting rates differ by script for the same reason.
No. OCR delivers the text in its original language. Translation is a separate service and is quoted separately.
There is no fixed page minimum, but a minimum project charge may apply on very small jobs. Ask when you send the sample.
Pick the language and the job. Each link either opens that language’s service page or starts a WhatsApp message already filled in — send ten sample pages and you get a fixed price back within one working day.
These are the fifteen languages read natively in house. Other scripts are taken on only when a native reader is available for them, and we say so before you commit.
Send the brief and we reply with a scope, a fixed price and a date — usually within one working day. Whole programmes are quoted the same way as single titles.
