Single sheet, six sheet, twelve sheet

Single sheet

The whole year on one sheet. Cheapest to produce, best for a shop wall or a workshop where people want to see twelve months at once.

Six sheet

Two months to a sheet. Half the printing of a twelve-sheet calendar with most of the image area.

Twelve sheet

One month to a sheet with a full-width image above the grid. The format corporate calendars almost always use.

Jumbo single sheet

15×20 inches and larger, usually with a devotional or product image at the top and a heavy date grid below.

How it is set

Designing a grid people can write in

A wall calendar lives at two to three metres. The date numerals carry the design; everything else stays out of their way.

  • Previous and next month blocks in the corner

Calendars set in Indian languages

Weekday names, month names, dates and festival lines are typeset in the script itself, never transliterated. Every language is read by someone who reads that language before anything goes to plate.

Which wall calendar size sells best?

For shops and offices, 12x18 and 15x20 inches. For corporate gifting, A3 twelve-sheet with a good image.

Can you print only 200 wall calendars?

Yes, digitally. Below about 500 copies digital printing is usually cheaper than offset.

Can I supply my own images?

Yes. Supply them at 300 dpi at final size. If what you have is low resolution we will say so before printing.

Do you add a hanging strip?

Yes. Eyelet, tin strip or a drilled hanging hole, depending on the format and binding.
