Monthly calendar printing

A monthly calendar is a working tool: people write on it. Content Factory prints twelve-month calendars and single-sheet year planners with the grid sized for handwriting, holidays marked in a second colour, and the branding kept to a strip so the squares stay usable.

Twelve sheets, or one

Twelve-sheet monthly

One month per sheet with an image panel. The most common office and gifting format.

Six-sheet, two months a side

Two months printed on each side of six sheets. Cheaper, still month by month.

Single-sheet year planner

All twelve months on one sheet for project and shift planning. Usually 15×20 inches or larger.

Quarterly three-month

Three month blocks stacked on one sheet with a date slider, used in logistics and manufacturing.

What size suits a single-sheet year planner?

15x20 inches or larger. Below that the boxes are too small to write in.

Can the calendar start in April for a financial year?

Yes. April-to-March and academic June-to-May calendars are set the same way.

Can you mark our company holidays?

Yes. Send the holiday list and we mark and proofread it against your calendar.

Twelve-sheet or six-sheet?

Six-sheet costs roughly a third less to print. Twelve-sheet gives you twelve separate images, which matters if the calendar is doing marketing work.
