Urdu legal files are usually decades of photocopies: old sale deeds, revenue extracts, nikah nama, affidavits, wills and court papers in dense Nastaliq, with stamps and handwritten endorsements. Content Factory converts them to editable Unicode Urdu so they can be searched, compared and translated, with every page checked by a native Urdu reader.

Every price below includes human verification by a native Urdu reader. The final per-page figure is fixed in writing after your free ten-page sample, because print quality and handwriting change the effort. Volume above 10,000 pages is priced lower.

Send ten representative pages. Content Factory runs them and returns the Urdu text with an accuracy note, so you judge the output before committing to volume.
2 · Scope and price
A per-page figure fixed in writing, based on what the sample showed: print quality, old script forms, handwriting, tables.
3 · Machine pass
Pages are cleaned, deskewed and run through Urdu-trained recognition, with Nastaliq, Naskh and mixed Urdu-English lines handled.
4 · Human verification
Native Urdu readers check every page against the image, restoring missing nuqta dots, retroflex letters and Nastaliq ligatures the machine broke apart.
5 · Delivery
Unicode Urdu in Word, searchable PDF, Excel, plain text or JSON, in the structure you need. Your files are deleted from our systems on request.

Is the typed text legally valid?
It is an accurate working copy for reading, searching and translation. It is not a certified copy; those are issued by the registering authority.
Can you read old photocopied deeds?
Usually, yes. Faint or damaged parts are flagged rather than guessed. The free sample will show what to expect.
Can you translate the deeds into English?
Yes, after the Urdu text is verified. Translation is quoted separately.
Is my material confidential?
Yes. An NDA is signed before you send anything, and documents never go into public online tools.
