Content Factory builds Chrome extensions for startups, agencies and companies worldwide — from single-function utilities at $500 to full browser SaaS products with subscription billing. Every extension is built on Manifest V3, tested, submitted to the Chrome Web Store and handed over with its complete source code. The price is fixed in writing before development begins.

Production-ready output in the format your printer, platform or workshop actually needs — press PDF, editable source, CAD file, font binary or deck, as the work requires.
The working files, not just the export, so your team can change the work later without coming back to us.
Copyright transfers to you on final payment. Nothing we make for you is resold or reused elsewhere.
Included in the quoted price. Corrections are logged against the draft rather than argued over on a call.
You tell us what the finished thing has to do, and send whatever material you already have.
A written scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date, usually within one working day.
You sign off the architecture before production starts, so nothing large is built on a wrong assumption.
Work arrives in stages as it finishes, not all at the end, with two revision rounds included.
Files, sources and rights in your hands, and the invoice closed.
Typical extent is 180 to 320 pages with 40 to 120 figures. A single title runs eight to fourteen weeks; a ten-title multi-grade programme runs six to nine months and is staged by grade block, so the first books are in your hands while later grades are still in draft.
Because writers, translators, designers, draughtspeople and typesetters sit in the same building in Chennai, this can be commissioned together with everything around it: translation into any of a hundred-plus languages, the figures and illustrations, the typesetting, the presentation and the production files. One schedule, one point of contact, one invoice.
Pricing is quoted in US dollars and fixed in writing before work starts. Fifty per cent is payable in advance and the balance on delivery, with long projects staged so neither side carries the whole risk. Two revision rounds are included, and copyright transfers to you in full on final payment, together with the editable source files.
Describe what the extension should do. Content Factory replies with a scope, a fixed price and a delivery date — usually within one working day.
Most extension quotes arrive only after two calls. Content Factory publishes four tiers, because the tier is decided almost entirely by one question — does the extension need a server? Every package includes QA testing, Manifest V3 compliance and Chrome Web Store submission.
| Package | Price | Ideal for | What is included | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $500 – $1,500 | Simple utility tools, page tweaks, single-function buttons | Popup interface, local browser storage, content-script page changes. No backend. | 1–2 weeks |
| Standard API-connected | $1,500 – $4,000 | Tools that need outside data, CRM links or user logins | Third-party API integration, user authentication, simple backend database. | 3–5 weeks |
| Advanced automation and AI | $4,000 – $10,000 | Scrapers, AI assistants, complex multi-step workflows | DOM parsing, OpenAI or Claude integration, workflow automation, custom dashboard. | 6–10 weeks |
| Enterprise browser SaaS | $10,000 – $25,000+ | A full software business running inside the browser | Stripe subscription billing, admin portal, enterprise security, cloud architecture. | 2–4+ months |
Indian clients are quoted in rupees at the same scope. Gulf clients can be invoiced in AED. The price is fixed in writing before development starts, and the source code is yours on final payment.
For ongoing products, evolving scope, or agencies that need white-label development, Content Factory provides a dedicated developer from our Chennai team, working on your time zone for the overlap hours you need.
| Engagement | Rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly | $25 – $50 per hour | Small changes, bug fixes, Manifest V3 migrations, short feature additions |
| Monthly full-time 160 hours | $3,500 – $7,000 per month | Building an MVP, scaling a product, or a standing development capacity |
| White-label for agencies | Custom | Agencies that sell extensions under their own name and need delivery behind them |
Chrome changes its APIs, and websites change their pages. An extension that reads a page breaks the day that page is redesigned. These plans exist so that does not happen quietly.
| Service | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Chrome Web Store optimisation | $250 – $500 flat | Keyword-optimised listing, screenshots, promotional tiles and a compliance review before submission |
| Custom UI and UX design | $300 – $800+ flat | Figma prototypes and branded design for the popup, options page and dashboard |
| Standard maintenance | $100 – $300 per month | Bug fixes, Chrome API updates, server monitoring, fixes when target websites change |
| Priority support | $500+ per month | Guaranteed response times, feature additions and scaling as your user base grows |
Tab managers, note-taking, clipboard tools, focus timers and workflow shortcuts.
Extensions that summarise, rewrite, translate or answer questions about the page you are on, using OpenAI, Claude or Gemini.
Structured extraction from web pages into sheets, CRMs or your own database — within the target site’s terms.
LinkedIn and Gmail helpers, lead capture, and one-click push to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
Price trackers, coupon tools, product comparison and seller-side dashboards.
Extensions deployed privately to your staff through Google Workspace, never published publicly.
Thirty minutes on what the extension must do, which sites it touches, and whether it needs a server.
A feature list, the tier, the fixed price and the date. Nothing is billed that is not in this document.
For Standard tiers and above, a Figma prototype of the popup and screens before a line of code.
A working build every week you can install and test yourself.
Testing across Chrome versions, then Chrome Web Store submission and review handling.
Full source code, the store account transferred to you, and documentation.
Four tiers and hourly rates stated before you call. Most extension developers quote only after a meeting.
Every extension is built on Manifest V3, the current required standard. No legacy code that stops working.
Source code, the Chrome Web Store listing and any backend are yours on final payment.
The same studio designs websites, apps and brand identities, so the extension looks like your product.
Review calls on US, UK, Gulf, Europe or Asia-Pacific time.
If the extension needs a website, a dashboard or a mobile app beside it, one team builds all of it.
Extensions are built and delivered remotely, so where you are makes no difference to the work — only to the time zone of our calls and the currency of the invoice. Content Factory builds for clients in these cities and anywhere else.
