Mathematics textbook writing services

Mathematics has a production problem that general writing services do not solve: every equation has to be set as real mathematics, not as an image or a line of plain text — an image cannot be searched, reflowed, read by a screen reader or corrected without redrawing. Getting that right is not a finishing touch — it is the difference between a file that goes to press and one that comes back. We write with mathematics specialists, specify every figure, and deliver the technical files your typesetter needs.

What you receive

The handover

Finished files

Production-ready output in the format your printer, platform or workshop actually needs — press PDF, editable source, CAD file, font binary or deck, as the work requires.

Editable sources

The working files, not just the export, so your team can change the work later without coming back to us.

Full rights

Copyright transfers to you on final payment. Nothing we make for you is resold or reused elsewhere.

Two revision rounds

Included in the quoted price. Corrections are logged against the draft rather than argued over on a call.

How it works

Five steps, and you approve the first three

01 · Brief

You tell us what the finished thing has to do, and send whatever material you already have.

02 · Scope & price

A written scope, a fixed figure and a delivery date, usually within one working day.

03 · Structure

You sign off the architecture before production starts, so nothing large is built on a wrong assumption.

04 · Production

Work arrives in stages as it finishes, not all at the end, with two revision rounds included.

05 · Handover

Files, sources and rights in your hands, and the invoice closed.

In detail

Subject writing — how we produce it

A subject specialist writes, a second specialist reviews the technical content, and a typesetter sets the result. That is three people because the failures are different in kind: a writer will not catch a broken equation, and a typesetter cannot judge whether a derivation is sound.

Figures are specified rather than described: every diagram comes with a brief giving the labels, the units, the orientation and what the student is meant to notice. Where a figure is redrawn for a translated edition, the labels are translated and the figure reset rather than overlaid.

Priced in US dollars or your currency and fixed in writing before work starts. Two revision rounds are included, and on final payment you own the copyright, the editable sources and the press files.

What writing mathematics actually requires

Written by specialists, set for the subject

The technical problem

Every equation has to be set as real mathematics, not as an image or a line of plain text — an image cannot be searched, reflowed, read by a screen reader or corrected without redrawing.

How the subject is taught

Worked examples graded from routine to demanding, with the step a student actually gets stuck on written out rather than skipped as obvious.

What you receive

LaTeX or MathML delivered alongside the manuscript, so your typesetter is not re-keying formulae and introducing errors.

Two specialists, not one

A subject specialist writes and a second reviews the technical content. A writer will not catch a broken equation or an outdated protocol; a reviewer will.

Figures specified, not described

Every diagram comes with a brief: labels, units, orientation and what the student is meant to notice. Translated editions get the figure reset, not an overlay.

Mapped to your board

Written to CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, a state board, the UAE ministry, Common Core, TEKS, CAPS or NCEA, with a coverage map delivered alongside.

Commissioned by publishers, schools, colleges and coaching institutes. A single title runs eight to fourteen weeks. Two revision rounds are in the price, and you own the copyright, the editable sources and the press files on final payment.

Questions we are asked

Frequently asked

Who writes the mathematics content?

A subject specialist, with a second specialist reviewing the technical content before it reaches you.

How are equations and figures handled?

Every equation has to be set as real mathematics, not as an image or a line of plain text — an image cannot be searched, reflowed, read by a screen reader or corrected without redrawing. We handle that as part of the work.

What files does my typesetter get?

LaTeX or MathML delivered alongside the manuscript, so your typesetter is not re-keying formulae and introducing errors.

Can you write to my board?

Yes — CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, Indian state boards, UAE MOE, Common Core, TEKS, CAPS or NCEA, with a coverage map delivered alongside the manuscript.

How long does a title take?

Eight to fourteen weeks for a single title, with the chapter plan approved first and chapters delivered in blocks.

Questions

Before you commission

How much does textbook writing services cost?

Prices are fixed in writing before work begins. Scope, language count and turnaround move the figure; volume across a programme brings it down. Send the brief and you have a number within a working day.

How long does it take?

Most single deliverables run three to fourteen weeks depending on length and complexity. Programmes are staged so early parts reach you while later parts are still in production. You get a date with the quote.

Who does the work?

A specialist from our school & college course books team, with an editor and a production person on the same project. Everyone is bound by the same confidentiality terms.

Do I own the result?

Yes. Full copyright transfer, editable sources and production-ready files on final payment. Nothing is resold or reused.

Can it be produced in other languages?

Yes — any of a hundred-plus languages, typeset in the same studio so layout and page numbers match across editions.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. Publishers, institutions and founders in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia and Japan. Work is delivered by email and shared drive and quoted in US dollars.
