Prio — Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 September 2026

By using Prio – Priority Ranker ("Prio" or "the app"), made by Content Factory, you agree to these terms.

1. The app

Prio helps you rank and focus on your priorities. It is a personal productivity tool. It does not give professional, medical, financial or legal advice.

2. Free and Pro

The free version has limits (one list, up to 12 priorities, 7 days of history, and two reminder types). Prio Pro removes these limits and adds features such as League ranking, all reminder types, Google Drive sync and export.

3. Subscriptions

4. Your content

Your priorities and data belong to you. You are responsible for keeping backups; the app provides a backup file option.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app or its licence keys.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or that reminders will always be delivered (for example, if the device is off or notifications are disabled).

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Content Factory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai having jurisdiction.
