Prio — Privacy Policy

Prio – Priority Ranker ("Prio" or "the app") is made by Content Factory, Chennai, India. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app on Android or Windows.
The short version
- Your priorities, steps, rankings and progress are stored on your device.
- If you turn on Google Drive sync, a copy is stored in a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive. Only this app can read that folder. We do not receive it.
- We do not run ads. We do not sell data. The app does not include analytics or tracking.
What the app stores on your device
- Your lists, priorities, steps, deadlines, rankings, and the days you marked as "worked on".
- Your settings: reminders, theme, app lock (your PIN is stored only as a salted hash).
- On Windows, your licence key, if you bought Pro there.
Google Drive sync (optional, Pro)
When you connect Google Drive, the app asks for permission to use the app data folder of your Drive (drive.appdata). It cannot see your other Drive files. You can disconnect at any time in Profile → Sync.
Purchases
- Android: subscriptions are handled by Google Play. We receive only the purchase status needed to unlock Pro; we never see your payment details.
- Windows: Pro is sold through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), which acts as merchant of record. The app sends your licence key and a device label to that provider to check that the licence is valid.
Notifications
Reminders are created on your device. No notification content is sent to any server.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Deleting your data
Profile → Privacy & security → Delete all data removes everything from this device and deletes the synced copy from your Google Drive. Uninstalling the app also removes the data on that device. Your subscription is managed separately in Google Play or your purchase account.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
